Combining our love of the mountains and good corn whiskey made perfect sense when setting out to create a spirit of our own. Each batch has been hand crafted using locally sourced ingredients from within the blue line of the Adirondack Park: grains naturally farmed in the valleys below the High Peaks and water flowing freely from the mountains Gristmill Distillers call home.
