Local delivery is available only to eligible addresses and when offered at checkout. Delivery windows are estimates and may be affected by demand, traffic, weather, recipient availability, product restrictions, and our operational capacity. The person receiving an alcohol order must satisfy all age and identification requirements.

Shipping

Shipping is offered only for eligible products and destinations, where permitted by law and carrier rules. Available methods, costs, and destination eligibility are determined for each order and are shown at checkout when available. Tracking information is provided after carrier acceptance when supported.

Processing and transit estimates are not guarantees. We may hold, delay, reroute, or cancel an order because of inventory, payment or fraud review, severe weather, unsafe temperatures, carrier service, legal restrictions, or another event outside our reasonable control.

Missed Deliveries

If an eligible recipient is unavailable, identification cannot be verified, or a carrier cannot complete delivery, the order may be held, returned, cancelled, or scheduled for another attempt. The customer may be responsible for reasonable redelivery, return, address-correction, restocking, or carrier charges where permitted by law.

Loss, Damage & Protection

Report loss, breakage, leakage, or visible shipping damage promptly. Keep the product, shipping container, inserts, and labels and provide photographs when requested. A carrier investigation may be required before a remedy can be determined.

Optional insurance or shipping protection may be offered for some orders. Coverage and exclusions are governed by the terms presented when protection is purchased. Declining optional protection does not waive rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
