These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Stella's Juice Box websites, accounts, loyalty features, and services, as well as purchases made from us. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Eligibility and alcohol purchases

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. You must be at least 21 years old to purchase alcoholic beverages. We may require valid government-issued photo identification and an eligible adult recipient at pickup or delivery, and we may refuse or cancel an order when legal requirements cannot be satisfied.

Accounts and information

You are responsible for providing accurate, current information and for activity associated with your account. Do not misuse another person's identity, account, payment method, loyalty balance, or contact information. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, the business, or the services.

Products and availability

Descriptions, images, vintages, labels, packaging, prices, and inventory may change. Images can be illustrative. We may correct errors, limit quantities, refuse service, remove products, or cancel unavailable or ineligible items. We will not knowingly substitute a materially different product or vintage without approval.

Orders, pricing, and payment

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. Orders remain subject to payment authorization, fraud review, inventory, legal restrictions, and fulfillment availability. Applicable taxes, delivery charges, shipping charges, discounts, and fees are displayed when available during checkout. We may correct pricing or catalog errors and cancel or contact you about an affected order.

Fulfillment, returns, and refunds

Orders are governed by our Fulfillment Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and Return and Refund Policy. Delivery and processing estimates are not guarantees.

Promotions, discounts, and loyalty rewards

Promotions, discount codes, store credit, and loyalty rewards may be subject to additional eligibility rules, exclusions, expiration terms, and redemption limits presented with the offer or program. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, rewards are personal, non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined or used retroactively. We may correct balance errors, prevent misuse, and modify or discontinue a program subject to applicable law and any terms communicated to participants.

Acceptable use

You may not use the services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized purposes; interfere with security or operation; scrape or copy content without authorization; introduce malicious code; evade product, age, geographic, or quantity restrictions; or violate another person's rights.

Intellectual property

The website and its original content are owned by Stella's Juice Box or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No license is granted except the limited right to use the services for their intended personal or commercial transaction purpose.

Third-party services and links

The services may rely on Shopify, payment providers, carriers, loyalty providers, analytics services, and other third parties. Their services and content may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services to the extent permitted by law.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Except for warranties or rights that cannot be excluded, the services and content are provided on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stella's Juice Box is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss arising from use of the services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law, severability, and changes

These terms are governed by applicable New York law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. We may update these terms to reflect operational, legal, or service changes. The version published on the website applies from its publication unless applicable law requires additional notice.
