Content Claim

Stella's Juice Box respects intellectual property and other proprietary rights. This page explains how to report content on our website that you believe infringes rights you own or are authorized to enforce.

Submitting a claim

Send a written notice to hello@stellasjuicebox.com with the subject line Content Claim. To help us evaluate the request, include:

• Your full legal name, contact information, and authority to act for the rights owner.
• A clear identification of the copyrighted work, trademark, image, text, or other protected material involved.
• The exact URL and enough detail for us to locate the material on our website.
• An explanation of the rights you believe are affected and the action you are requesting.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or applicable law.
• A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, where applicable, that you are authorized to act for the rights owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete or unsupported requests may delay our review. We may forward the notice to the person who provided the disputed material or to service providers involved in operating the website.

Response and counter-notices

We may remove, restrict, preserve, or restore content when appropriate while a claim is reviewed. A person whose content is affected may respond with identification of the removed material, the prior location, an explanation supporting restoration, contact information, and a physical or electronic signature. We may request additional information from either party.

Misrepresentations

Submitting knowingly false or misleading claims can result in legal consequences. This process does not replace any rights or procedures available under applicable law and does not constitute legal advice.
