Our approach

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) as a practical reference when reviewing our storefront. Our ongoing work includes improving keyboard access, focus visibility, text alternatives, labels, headings, color contrast, responsive layouts, error messages, and compatibility with commonly used browsers and assistive technologies.

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. The website, product catalog, third-party applications, and integrations can change over time, and we may not be able to control every aspect of third-party content. We nevertheless work to identify barriers within our control and provide a practical alternative when one is available.
