Prichard's American Rums are produced by Prichard's Distillery in Kelso, Tennessee, using Louisiana grade "A" molasses and distilled in traditional copper pot stills. The distillery crafts several different expressions of rum, including aged, unaged, and flavored varieties.  Aged rum Prichard's Fine Rum Production: Recreates the style of Colonial rums. It is pot-distilled from Grade A molasses and aged for three to eight years in new, charred white oak barrels. Flavor profile: Notes of vanilla, caramel, and burnt molasses with an oaky character from the casks. It has a smooth, full-bodied flavor.  Prichard's Private Stock Rum Production: Aged for over 10 years in new, charred white oak barrels and bottled at 90 proof. Flavor profile: Expect a rich, smooth, and velvety texture with a harmonious blend of caramel, vanilla, and oak notes.  Unaged rum Prichard's Crystal Rum Production: This is an unaged, clear rum that is pot-distilled five times from Grade A molasses. Flavor profile: It has a smooth, clean finish, with hints of vanilla and caramel. It can be enjoyed neat or used in cocktails.
