Produced from grapes grown in shale soils, only A stone’s throw south from the Swartland region, this wine is created using a unique blend of sauvignon blanc & 30 day skin-contact colombard.

Vintage tasting notes: A pale golden colour leads a present & rich nose of granadilla, elder flower & pear. Topical & citrusy on the palate – pineapple, passion fruit & lime. Salt & spekboom notes linger throughout.
