Plush, creamy and velvety in the Nigori style, this sake was only available at the Kunizakari brewery until recently, when Nakano decided to make it available commercially. It is deep and rich but not too sweet, with a refreshing brightness that evens out the unique texture. It’s great chilled or over ice, and pairs very well with richer foods like tempura, unagi, or barbequed meats.
