Tasting notes
This special Honkaku Shochu is aged in three separate barrels - White American, Cognac and Sherry - and is then masterfully blended. This creates a dense, rich aroma and excellent balance. Just like whisky, sherry, cognac and brandy, you can enjoy this sake as digestif or enjoy with desert.

We created 3 different types of rice shochu in barrels of American white wine, cognac, and sherry, which we blended in perfect balance with one another. We further blended this with our own “Shiro” rice shochu to create this unique product. This has the distince flavor of a barrel-ripened shochu that is full on the palate.
