Insieme Wines 2021 Dry Riesling was fermented and aged for 12 months in Stainless Steel. The grapes were destemmed, crushed and immediately pressed. It has a pale yellow color which is typical for this style of production. The bouquet is fresh and crisp. It opens with aromas of apricot, pear and green apple with hints of lime zest and petrol. As it opens the nose tends towards a slight touch of petrol mixed with jasmine tea, grapefruit and wet stone. The mouthfeel is crisp and dry, medium viscosity with a long lush finish. The finish is smooth with bright acidity to carry lasting notes of fruit and minerality.
