The winery began its history in 1989 in the heart of the Ribera del Guadiana of the Denomination of Origin Ribera del Guadiana, Tierra de Barros. Beneath the surface, deep in the earth, lie our variety of wines and cavas waiting for the perfect moment to delight your palate. A perfect environment, measured in detail, so that their aroma, flavor and character mature at the pace that good wines do. An example of this is the Ganymede system or flash thermovinification, which contribute to improve the quality of the wine, bringing out more nuances in each bottle, and making the gesture of drinking a Bodegas Romale wine a sensory experience.

In the cellar, the environment is totally different because it is technology that, applied to the tradition of wine, allows us to shape the raw material collected from our land to create a melody in each bottle.
