Sauvignon Blanc, Granache Blanc, Viognier

Produced at 3000 feet above sea level from a 200 hectare biodynamic vineyard in Manchuela, Spain by Bodegas Altolandon. The wine is low intervention with wild yeast fermentation. Equal parts Sauvignon Blanc, Granache Blanc and Viognier are skin contact macerated in amphora for over three months, bottled unfined, unfiltered and without added sulfur. It displays exotic red fruit aromas with firm tannins and a refreshing clean dry finish. Its a perfect compliment for spicy and exotic foods. BIODYNAMIC NATURAL VEGAN
